As co-owner of Trutch Manor Tourist Suites I concentrate my time as breakfast chef by creating breakfast memories.

My passion for cooking began as a child growing up in a Polish home where I saw my mom and grandma prepare delicious meals. No one left our house with an empty tummy.

In the 80's my husband, Les, and I created Whispers, a B&B in Key West, Florida. I was the chef and food stylist preparing breakfasts for our guests.

When we moved to Victoria in the '90's, we created the restaurant, Figgwiggins. My experience as the chef at Figwiggins only added to my repertoire.
